The judgement of Zermatt
Embark on an eventful tour of Visp, during which you yourself will become part of a dazzling and incredible story. Guided by Visp's greatest politician, judge & hotelier, Joseph Anton Clemenz, you will not only explore one or two fabulously good wines but also hidden corners and alleys in Visp that are full of surprises.
After an atmospheric and enjoyable start, on the rest of the tour you will not only experience first-hand what your tour guide himself has to do with the verdict of Zermatt, but what else he has to say about the wine hell. A tour that will take you to unimagined heights.
Afterwards, a fine 4-course Wine & Dine menu with corresponding wines awaits the time travellers.

Who was Johanneli Fi? Why do people still talk about her today? What connects us to her? Discover the world of Johanneli Fi, walk in her footsteps during a nocturnal tour and get to know her versatility, her wisdom and her efficiency.
After a Donno Zen Dorren Raclette or a Poor Souls Fondue in the wine cellar the tour of the legends begins in the silence and beauty of the night, with only a Lusi (light) in hand. At selected, nostalgic places, you will experience and discover, together with other trail searchers, the ancient Valais world of legends with its stories and mythologies. We will also taste the fabulous wines of the Johanneli Fi winery.
And if you still dare, you can taste the devil's wine at the very end.
Legendary wine tastings
You want to get to know the Valais? Of course, hiking and skiing, the countless 4000 m peaks, irrigation channels, cow fighting festivals and much more invite you to get to know our homeland and our beloved traditions.
But have you ever considered trying the wine? Because wine has been one of our cultural assets in the Valais for many centuries. It is characteristically representative of our region and is primarily produced in the vineyard.
And so, with our wines we want to offer you not only drinkable moments of pleasure but also a real piece of Valais life culture.
Wine tasting & raclette all you can eat
Who invented it? Exactly, the Valaisans.
We're talking about raclette. According to a traditional story, a shepherd accidentally left his piece of cheese too close to the open fire when he had finished his day's work. When he returned to the fire, he discovered the cheese had melted and browned on the surface and saved it by spreading it on a piece of bread. The Valais Raclette was born...
We also offer groups of 10 or more and up to 24 people the opportunity to enjoy a wine tasting in combination with a raclette à discrétion (all you can eat) in the unique ambience of our wine cellar.
