On a tour through Visp, find out what the greatest Visp politician, judge and hotelier, Joseph Anton Clemenz (1810 - 1872), has to do with the Zermatt judgement, and what other amazing things he has to say about wine hell and what culinary and oenological temptations he can conjure up at various stops.
Back in the wine cellar, our fabulously good wines from Europe's highest vineyard are tasted and the matching 3-course wine pairing menu including water, digestif and coffee is served in an atmospheric ambience.
