Strictly limited edition of 200 bottles annually. Pomace brandy made from Savagnin Blanc grapes, aged in barrique barrels. The remaining sugar from the raisined and pressed berry skins is fermented into alcohol, then pressed and burned in grandfather's copper kettle. Aromatic bouquet, fresh, fruity, amber colored and with subtle vanilla and honey aromas.
