In the tasting report Bona aestimare writes as follows about our Merlot:
The red wine shows a bright dark purple colour with beautiful church windows. The nose is strong, opulent with beautiful Merlot fruit. There are aromas of plums, ripe blackberries, chocolate and coffee. The young wine needs some time and a lot of air to open up really well. The palate presents a strong, spicy Merlot with well integrated wood, round tannins. This is a young powerhouse that is still allowed to mature. If you want to enjoy this great red wine now, let it breathe for a few hours in the carafe. Very well done - the Valais Merlot is still developing - 18/20 BAP - at the beginning of the drinking maturity until 2025.
Donno Zen Dorren meets Roberto Blanco & Ambassador
On 16 October 2020 Roland P. Poschung, Ambassador of the city of Wil, organised an Ankick at FC Wil 1900 with the singer and entertainer Roberto Blanco and his wife Luzandra. At the beginning the show star was invited privately for dinner.
"I knew that Roberto loved Valais wines. So it was clear to me that it had to be a delicious wine from the Visper Johanneli Fi winery from the award-winning winemaker Rainer Zimmermann. Everyone was then enthusiastic about 'Donno Zen Dorren'," Poschung said. Afterwards we went to the football stadium perfectly strengthened.

WINE TASTING AND FINDING YOUR FAVOURITE WINE MADE EASY
